This product will work from the moment you arrive until removal of enough water during the cleaning process limits its biological activity. It also eliminates the worst odors from water and category 3 (black water) damage shortly after application. Conventional odor control is not required. Do not introduce any non-PRS chemistry while PRS Water Damage products are at work. Apply as soon as possible. PRS Water Damage PreClean eliminates odors within the location, liquefies solids in black water, starts the organic digestion process in all areas of sustained moisture and minimizes odors within clean up equipment used by the contractor (i.e. wet vacs etc.). In the event of a "Major Cat" PRS Water Damage PreClean can be used as a 'stop-gap' to control odors and soil load until a cleanup crew is available.
