Serum, Soft Wash System, Eliminator Mini

A mobile spray system designed to control and apply a chemical reaction that cannot be stopped, all with minimal waste. This solution is intended to clean all types of organic matter quickly and completely. It instantly removes staining of porous and non-porous surfaces to return them back to original appearance. The process changes the static charge of a surface, modifying that surface to extend the time it takes for recontamination. The MINI Spray System can be used for all types of remediation and disaster recovery projects including but not limited to mold stain clean up, CAT 1 to CAT 3 clean up, trauma scene, crime scene, basements, crawl spaces, attics, exterior buildings, odor elimination in fire damage or any other organic material cleanup. The MINI Spray System will apply Serum 1000 accelerated at the rate of 0.44 gpm at 35 psi. All wetted metal parts are 316 stainless steel. All plastic parts, such as internal and application hose are polypropylene designed to be compatible with our chemical technologies. The liquid products are pick up through fixed solution suction tubes that are color coded for safety. Red accelerator. The accelerator is on a closed loop system to prevent cross connection and protect the operator from the chemical accelerator. The accelerator bottle is fitted with a factory installed insert containing a check valve that prevents product from leaving the confines of the bottle until the check valve is married to the red cap that also contains a check valve. This prevents product in the red pickup tube from draining out. When married they allow product to be picked up by downstream injector suction. The MINI Spray System is fitted with a trigger control spray wand which will turn the pump motor on and off as it is pulled and closed. The MINI Spray System system will pump liquids with up to 100 ft of application hose. The machine comes standard with 50 ft of 1/4 in ID application hose that is fitted with stainless steel quick coupling connector enabling a quick and easy addition of another 50 ft section of up to 100 ft.
